Magnolia Rack Consignment Agreement


 

Thank you for choosing Magnolia Rack! Our mission is to provide a curated shopping experience featuring quality clothing and accessories while helping consignors earn money from pieces they no longer wear.

Consignment Guidelines

1. Item Acceptance
Magnolia Rack accepts gently used, clean, and current-style clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Acceptance of all items is at the sole discretion of Magnolia Rack. We reserve the right to decline any item based on condition, style, brand, seasonality, or anticipated resale value.

 

2. Brand & Quality Standards
We focus on quality brands and styles that appeal to our customers. Items must be freshly laundered and free of stains, odors, excessive wear, pet hair, tears, missing buttons, or broken zippers. For a list of brands we accept check out our website www.magnoliarack.com

 

3. Pricing & Markdowns
Magnolia Rack will determine all pricing. Pricing decisions are based on brand, condition, season, and market demand. Magnolia Rack reserves the right to mark down, discount, or include items in promotional sales at any time without prior notice to the consignor.

 

4. Consignor Earnings
The consignor will receive a percentage of the final selling price based on the item's selling price:

  • An item sold for less than $250: Consignor receives 50% of the selling price.

  • An item sold for $250 or more: Consignor receives 60% of the selling price.
     

5. Payment Options
Please select your preferred payment method:

☐ Direct Deposit– Earnings will be directly sent to your account. Must have a minimum of $50 in your account.  

☐ Check/Cash Upon Request – A check/cash may be requested at any time in store. 


 

6. Consignment Period
Items will remain with Magnolia Rack until sold or otherwise removed from inventory at Magnolia Rack's discretion. Seasonal items may be stored until the appropriate selling season.

 

7. Unsold or Unsellable Merchandise
Magnolia Rack reserves the right to donate, dispose of, or otherwise remove merchandise that becomes damaged, outdated, unsellable, or no longer meets store standards. No compensation will be provided for such items.

 

8. Loss or Damage
While reasonable care will be taken with all merchandise, Magnolia Rack is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, or any other damage to consigned items. All items are left at the owner's risk.

 

9. Unclaimed Funds
Funds remaining unclaimed for more than one (1) year from the date of sale will be considered abandoned and become the property of Magnolia Rack.

 

10. Agreement
By signing below, the consignor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
